How are your courses built?

Our courses are handcrafted in London by our founder Fiona Young with input from an advisory board and a team of subject matter experts, plus hundreds of external sources like whitepapers, academic research, thought leadership and insight from everyday practitioners.

How much time do I need to commit to this?

All Carve courses span seven weeks, with a time commitment of roughly 2-3 hours/week. That includes live learning sessions, as well as time to tackle practical projects in the real world and collaborate with peers.

What if I can’t commit to attending all the live sessions?

We appreciate the realities of the executive assistant role mean it won’t always be possible to join every live session. All sessions will be recorded so you can catch up later if you can’t make it live. We do ask that you try to make as many as you can live because discussion, debate and connection are all a huge part of the Carve learning experience.

Which AI platforms will the course cover? Will it still be relevant if I only have access to one tool (e.g. Copilot) at work?

The Carve AI course is designed to be platform-agnostic, focusing on fundamental skills that work across all AI tools. While we'll primarily demo in ChatGPT (as the most widely adopted platform) and showcase others like Copilot, Claude, and Gemini, you're really learning how to think strategically about AI, craft effective prompts, and become a confident change agent.

Whether you currently use multiple platforms or just one tool at work, these transferable skills will serve you well as new tools emerge or your organization adopts different platforms. Or even if you change jobs. Think of it as building a solid foundation that works regardless of which AI tool is on your desktop.

How long will I have access to course materials?

You’ll retain access to live session recordings and all course materials (session decks, recordings, key learnings and further resources) for three months after the end of your course.

I’m unemployed / self-employed / on parental leave / am otherwise in a difficult financial position - do you offer discounted rates?

I’ve tried, and I can’t get budget from my company to join. Do you offer self-funding rates?
