Key points

  • This course is as much about doing as it is learning.

  • To get the most out of it, do the work and join the conversation — in sessions, in your work life and in the WhatsApp community.

  • Also commit to sharing your AI learnings with your exec, crucially both the what and the so what — i.e., the application and the impact it’s had, aka the tangible benefits

    • What new perspectives has it given you?

    • What will you change?

    • What’s the impact on your work?

    • How will that benefit the business?

    • How much time will you save per week using these tools?

  • We’re in a historic moment. AI will change the world, and we’re only at the tip of the iceberg in terms of capability.

  • AI may not take your job, but it will fundamentally change it.

  • And if we look backwards, we’ve been on a massive evolution in this role, and it’s been driven by technological advances all along the way.

  • Position yourself to win in the age of AI by getting curious, embracing experimentation, leaning into more of the strategic + project-based work, and proactively rewriting your job description.

1️⃣ Explore AI chatbot use cases
Create a list of 20+ new use cases for AI chatbots in your daily or weekly workflow.
If you have no idea where to start, have a conversation with an AI chatbot (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini). Explain your role and ask how it can help you.

2️⃣ If you don’t know your company’s policy on AI and AI tools, seek it out now
