Gemini Deep Research model: help me research swag providers
Grok 3’s Think (reasoning model): help me vet an event my exec is considering speaking at
ChatGPT Canvas: help me draft and polish a health & safety policy
My top pro tips for prompting: Break large tasks into chunks for better AI processing, use prompt chaining (back-and-forth conversation), implement chain of thought prompting by adding “think step by step” (or even defining those steps), ask AI to self-evaluate responses, always quality check outputs, attach context samples (previous work, website content via GobbleBot)
A megaprompt is a really long, detailed prompt that includes an extreme level of specificity — and it’s worth trying for really complex projects but YMMV. We’ve found that breaking larger projects into smaller chunks and taking the chain-of-thought prompting approach often works better.
You can create megaprompts using a meta-prompt. Use this prompt by Bernard Bado of Artificial Corner (via Medium) to try it out:
I want you to become my expert ChatGPT Prompt Generator. Your goal is to help me craft the best possible prompt for my needs. The prompt will be used by you, ChatGPT, to achieve the best results for my goals and objectives. You will follow the following process:
1. Your initial response will be to ask me what the prompt should be about. I will provide my answer, but we will need to improve it through continual iterations by going through the next steps.
2. Based on my input, you will generate 3 sections:
a) Revised prompt when you provide your rewritten prompt. It should be clear, concise, and easily understood by you,
b) Suggestions when you provide suggestions on what details to include in the prompt to improve it, and
c) Questions when you ask any relevant questions pertaining to what additional information is needed from me to improve the prompt.3. We will continue this iterative process, with me providing additional information to you, and you're updating the prompt in the Revised prompt section, until it's complete. Together, we will achieve the best results that will help me accomplish my tasks with the best possible result.
Some of the most useful advanced features in AI chatbots:
Reasoning models are incredible at tackling complex challenges. They think through things more slowly but more thoroughly, with noticeably better results. Try ChatGPT’s o3 and o4-mini, Copilot’s Think Deeper, Claude’s Extended Thinking, Grok 3’s Think, Deepseek’s R1.
Research models are able to conduct in-depth PhD level research including citations. Try ChatGPT’s Deep Research, Copilot’s Deep Research, Gemini’s Deep Research, Grok’s DeeperSearch and Perplexity’s Research.
Perplexity is the best tool to try out an advanced Research models for free, ChatGPT o3-mini is best to try out an advanced Reasoning model for free
Copilot’s Pages, ChatGPT’s Canvas and Claude’s Artifacts are super useful interfaces that split content you’re creating out into a separate window on the right side of your screen, allowing you to continue having a chat with the AI chatbot on the left while updating your doc/work product on the right
Voice means Copilot and ChatGPT can hold a human-like conversation with you about literally anything
You can make your own AI assistants in any version of Copilot (“Copilot Agents”) and in paid versions of ChatGPT (“Custom GPTs”), Claude (“Projects”) and Gemini (“Gems”) — we’ll cover these in depth in Week 5
If you’re struggling to get AI to sound like you, you’re not alone. Here’s a 3-step process to create a style guide to your (or your boss’) writing to help:
Gather up samples of your (or your exec’s) writing
Use this prompt: Act as an experienced copywriting coach. Take the below samples of my [emails] and analyse them. Create an extremely comprehensive tone of voice and style guide that describes my particular style of [email] writing. Include specifics like commonly used phrases and emojis, structure of [emails], and any other details to describe the [email] writing style with as much specificity as possible.
Save the guide, use and reuse any time you’re using an AI chatbot for written content by pasting it into your prompt

Workout
AKA your post-session assignment to do in your business
1. Create a writing style guide to use in future prompts, using the below prompt. Watch this short 5-min Loom video to hear Fiona explain the Workout fully.

2. Test a Reasoning or Research model, share your reactions in Whatsapp. I recommend using Perplexity’s Deep Research or ChatGPT’s o3-mini model as both are available for free.
