Week 7: Project debrief & course wrap up
Tuesday, November 19th at 9am PT | 12pm ET | 5pm BST
Overview
In this session, we used Miro (a digital whiteboard tool) for an AI tools stack project retro and discussion framed around FLAP — future direction, learnings, accomplishments and problems. We also discussed how to move forward from here and continue the learning and community we created in the Carve AI course.
Key points
⚠️ Important: please fill in the feedback survey ASAP. Thank you!
See the Miro board for insights from our retro exercise
Tip no. 1: be an AI change agent in your org. Share what you learned with your exec, and with your wider team via a mini learning session (see slides for mini sessions in our Further Resources page). Consider starting an AI steerco or innovation sub-team within your team.
Tip no. 2: keep up to date on AI via newsletters, podcasts, and traditional media sources (Fiona’s top picks are in the Further Resources page). And commit to AI playtime to discover new tools — ideally 10-15+ mins a week. Take it one tool at a time, give yourself 1-2 months to scout out tools landscape and trial options to slowly but consistently transform the way you work.
Tip no. 3: keep the community alive via AI for EAs community in Whatsapp, by making referrals to the program or sharing with your network, proudly posting your badge on LinkedIn, and keeping in touch! 💛
