Team Training

Give your exec support team the skills to lead with AI

AI is rapidly transforming executive support.

The executive assistant role is shifting from overloaded task executor to strategic thought partner. And your team is closer than you think.

With the right development, they’ll unlock extraordinary productivity – moving from task-heavy to truly strategic, high-value support.

The result? A team that's faster, sharper, and leading the way on AI.. not waiting for permission.

High-impact team training tailored for your goals

At Carve, we design AI and automation training to move your admin team forward.

Every engagement starts with a design workshop.

We work with you to clarify the outcomes you want, understand your team’s skills and tools stack, and define where AI will add the most value.

From there, we build anything from a single session to a multi-month program – tailored to your goals, pace, and budget.

Most teams
aren't ready

Only 36% of employees feel properly trained to use AI at work

(BCG, 2025)

What participants say

Three tiers of programs to meet your ambitions

All team training sessions and programs can be delivered virtual or in-person, depending on your preference.

  • Starter

    Single session or workshop

For you if your team’s ready to dip their toes into AI and automation.

A single session (90 mins) or hands-on workshop (120 mins)

The perfect addition to your learning day or team offsite.

  • Pro

    Series of workshops

For you if you want to build your team’s AI skills and confidence.

Pro is structured as two 2-hour workshops because spaced learning helps forge new habits.

It gives your team the chance to put their new skills into practice between sessions and come back ready to go deeper.

  • Bespoke

    Bespoke Program

For you if you’re ready to radically rethink how your team works every day.

Typically spanning 8-16 weeks, including multiple workshops, team projects, exercises, coaching and weekly touchpoints.

This is the ultimate investment if you’re impatient for real change – locking in time-saving skills and a mindset of experimentation.

What makes us different?

  • Bespoke by default

There’s no one-size-fits-all here. At Carve, we partner with you to design the best possible training solution to meet your goals.

Every engagement starts with a design workshop. We’ll dive into your desired outcomes, tech stack and AI policies – and collaborate on the right mix of sessions and content to achieve your aims.

  • Built for practice, not theory

All of our sessions and workshops are highly practical, with a focus on real-world AI applications for executive assistants to bring immediate value to your business.

    #fhtogglels/Read more/Close/ib

Workshops incorporate hands-on practice with live coaching designed to build confidence to experiment and deeply embed new skills.

Our approach is peer learning-centric – meaning peer sharing and collaboration is at the heart of our training, particularly for the Bespoke program option.

Learning together helps everyone in your team feel comfortable trying new things, getting it wrong the first time, and learning from their mistakes – essential in a world where new tools and features are landing every week.

  • With impact you can measure

Carve’s rigorous assessment process measures real behaviour change, not just learner satisfaction.

    #fhtogglels/Read more/Close/ib

We track shifts in AI adoption, confidence, and capability using Dr Will Thalheimer’s LTEM framework – giving you clear visibility on ROI and giving your team insight into how far they’ve come.

This shared view of progress helps learners see their own growth, spot new opportunities, and stay motivated to keep building their skills long after the program ends.

Our ethos
for learning

We have a strong view on what makes great digital learning honed from 15,000+ hours building learning programs for some of the world’s greatest organizations.

These six principles cut across all Carve courses.

  • We believe in the power of peer learning, that people learn best together and from one another. Learning with others motivates us to keep going, and holds us accountable to change. And it should never be one-directional (meaning an expert lecturing participants, AKA “sage on a stage”) — we all get more out of learning when we’re able to share our own experiences, reflections and insights.

  • Learning is stickiest when it happens a little at a time and often, unfolding over a period of several weeks or months, rather than crammed into a single week or day. This gives us a chance to practice what we’ve learned in the real world, then come back together to share reflections, wins and blockers. This format helpfully also fits better into a hectic schedule!

  • Our courses focus on the how and how now. Forget the preamble, forget the fluff. We get right to the juicy stuff, give you weekly exercises to try right away, and leave you with super practical guides (including key learnings, tools and checklists) that you can use and reuse after the course ends.

  • We tightly tailor every part of our courses to executive assistants, meaning they’re highly relevant and high value. This extends beyond course content to format, too — our courses take a choose-your-own-adventure approach with room for you to focus on what’s most relevant to you in your role.

  • We build our courses with input from an advisory board and a team of subject matter experts, as well as 1000s of external sources including whitepapers, academic research, thought leadership and everyday practitioners. We’re also passionate about creating learning experiences that make an impact. We go beyond basic assessments of whether learning happened to drill into the wider impact learning had on you, your career, your exec and your organization.

  • We’ve all experienced dull and outdated learning content — it’s no fun. Ours is fresh and cutting edge, designed to inspire the smart and savvy Carve executive assistant. It’s updated literally every week based on the latest headlines, launches and insight (with the pace of change in AI that’s essential!). We always strive to be the learning you want to do, not the learning you have to do.
