Course schedule
and session resources
-
Every week on the course has a rhythm.
Workout or pre-session reflection:
On the Friday before a live session, we’ll send a reflection or reminder of that week’s Workout via email (allow 15-45 mins for these)Live session:
We’ll have 75-min live sessions at the following times, with recording posted same day:US/EMEA Cohort: Tuesdays at 9am PT | 12pm ET | 5pm UK
Pacific Cohort: Wednesdays at 9am AEST | Tuesdays at 4pm PT
Exception: Week 2’s sessions will fall one day earlier due to an unavoidable scheduling conflict.
US/EMEA Cohort: Monday, July 14th at 9am PT | 12pm ET | 5pm UK
Pacific Cohort: Tuesday, July 15th at 9am AEST | Monday, July 14th at 4pm PT
-
All session resources will be dropped in the corresponding session page (these will be unlocked below as they go live each week).
And we’ll be with you every step of the way, reminding you of all of this in our private WhatsApp group and via email.
-
We have a particularly global group this round as I’m offering a 2nd time slot to accommodate Carvers in APAC. We’re all together in one WhatsApp group so you’ll get to benefit from sharing and learning from both groups 🧠
For scheduling purposes, when I say US/EMEA Cohort I’m referring to the group based in UK, Ireland, Europe and US with live sessions on Tuesdays at 9am PT | 12pm ET | 5pm UK | 6pm CET.
When I say Pacific Cohort, I’m referring to the group with folks in APAC and some of you in west coast US with live sessions on Wednesdays at 9am AEST, or Tuesdays at 4pm PT.
It’s a little confusing as due to timezones, the Pacific Cohort’s sessions are on Wednesday AM for those in APAC and Tuesday PM for those in the US 😵💫 Sessions should all be in your calendar.
-
We’d recommend blocking out time now in your calendar for reflections and Workouts each week of the course — 45 mins every Friday is ideal though in most cases you won’t need more than 15 mins.

Tips for success
-

Join sessions live
You’ll get soo much more out of joining live. The conversation and interaction with others is what makes our approach unique and uniquely high-impact. We get that life happens, so all live sessions are recorded to watch back later if you must. But note that breakouts aren’t recorded so you’ll miss the juicy peer sharing.
-

Turn your camera on
As mega fans of inclusion here, we’d never mandate it — but sessions feel more like a shared journey when you can see other humans, so turn your camera on when it’s possible.
-

Be brave, speak up
We only get the true benefits of peer learning when people join the conversation and share openly. Ask questions, even if you worry it’s a “stupid question”. Don’t forget AI is new for everyone, we’re all stumbling our way along here.
-

Give us your feedback
We’re keen to hear your thoughts and experiences so we can evolve Carve AI and make it even better for future cohorts (and we’ll always give you the option to share anonymously). We work agile and will never deliver the same course or even the same session twice!
Join our WhatsApp community
We’ve created a private WhatsApp community for Carve, and a group just for the summer 2025 cohort.
