Course schedule and session resources
Every week on the course has a rhythm.
Workout or pre-session reflection: on the Friday before a live session, we’ll send a reflection or reminder of that week’s Workout via email (5-15 mins)
Live session: Tuesdays we’ll have live sessions at 9am PT | 12pm ET | 5pm BST, recording posted that day (75 mins)
All resources will be shared in the corresponding session page (these will be linked below in coral as they go live each week).
And we’ll be with you every step of the way, reminding you of all of this in our private WhatsApp group and via email.
✨ Pro tip: we’d recommend blocking out time now in your calendar for reflections and Workouts each week of the course — 45 mins every Friday is ideal though in most cases you won’t need more than 15 mins.
Week 6: AI Tools Stack Project
Tuesday, November 5 — 9am PT | 12pm ET | 5pm UK plus various drop-in tools demo sessions

Tuesday, October 8 — 9am PT | 12pm ET | 5pm UK
In this session, we’ll learn the fundamentals of AI and how it works, key AI risks and steps to take to mitigate risk at work, as well as the future of the EA role and how to feel about AI right now. Plus we’ll cover how to get the most out of the Carve AI course.
Tuesday, October 29 — 9am PT | 12pm ET | 4pm UK
Get acquainted with the gen AI tech stack most useful to EAs right now, including tools for project and task management, calendar, email and meetings. Then take on a chunky project to discover and trial tools to create your AI tech stack. It’s choose-your-own-adventure style — meaning you can join drop-in sessions of your choice dedicated to demos of specific types of tools (i.e., calendar, email, task management).
Tuesday, October 22 — 9am PT | 12pm ET | 5pm UK
In this session, we’ll dive deeper into AI chatbots for total enlightenment. We’ll cover advanced prompting tactics suitable for complex projects, we’ll do a prompt dissection, we’ll learn how to build AI assistants and hop into breakouts to practice what we’ve learned with real-world projects.
Tuesday, November 19 — 9am PT | 12pm ET | 5pm UK
Regroup and swap notes with your peers on your AI tools stack, and come away inspired to continue learning and exploring the universe of AI.
Tips for success
Commit to joining live sessions where you can.
You’ll get soo much more out of joining live. The conversation and interaction with others is what makes our approach unique and uniquely high-impact. We get that life happens, so all live sessions are recorded to watch back later if you must.
Turn your camera on.
As mega fans of inclusion here, we’d never mandate it — but sessions feel more like a shared journey when you can see other humans, so turn your camera on when it’s possible.
Be brave, speak up.
We only get the true benefits of peer learning when people join the conversation and share openly. Ask questions, even if you worry it’s a “stupid question”. Don’t forget we’re all stumbling our way along with this stuff!
Give us your feedback.
We’re keen to hear your thoughts and experiences so we can evolve Carve AI and make it even better for future cohorts (and we’ll always give you the option to share anonymously).
